As our wedding day is fastly approaching, I'm starting to realize how short a 7-month engagement really is! Thankfully, all guests have let us know on time whether or not they will attend the wedding, so that's a huge relief. Planning is almost done, but I'm sure the last few days before the wedding will be very hectic!
I have my last dress fitting coming up this weekend, and Marlon's tux will be ready next week. I'm so excited to wear my dress again after not seeing it for a few months, and to be honest I also can't wait to share pictures on here after the wedding, haha. Wedding planning has been a little stressful due to our short time frame, but I'm sure it will all be worth it as soon as we're pronounced husband and wife.
Anyway, why is it tradition that the groom doesn't see the bride's dress until she walks down the aisle, but it's fine for her to see his suit/tux long before the wedding? 👰🏼🤵🏻

Delete19 days will sure go by super fast. A stupid tradition with the whole dress thing I think. No such thing as bad luck from that.

DeleteI thought it was just the bride herself on the day of. I don't think I saw her dress until the day though, because her mom made it. We were going to buy one, but she insisted. She actually has really good skills with a sewing machine (she made my brother-in-law a cosplay costume that was pretty good) so nobody could tell.
